Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact Customer Service immediately. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once dispatched.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping details. We are not responsible if delivery fails due to an incorrect address.
What if my item becomes unavailable?
We will contact you to offer a backorder, exchange or refund.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched as soon as possible. Delivery time depends on the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for carrier delays.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Overseas orders may incur import duties or taxes payable by the recipient.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Refunds are not provided for change of mind. Exchanges may be offered at our discretion within 14 days if unused.
What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
Contact us within 5 days and we will arrange replacement or completion of the order.
Who pays return postage?
Customers pay return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Why does my item look slightly different to the photo?
Colours, print runs and manufacturing batches may vary slightly from images.

Yes — all prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
